This course is made for gymnasts ages 11-17 who are eager to take their leadership skills to the next level within the sport. Gymnasts will get introduced to the role of judging.

About the event
This introduction to judging course is designed to spark a passion for leadership within the gymnastics community.
It is part of the new LeadHERship programme, an initiative with the aim of engaing teen girls in leadership postions and keep them in sport for longer to prevent them from living a sedentary lifestyle.
Learners must be at least 11 years old on the first day of the course.
Delivery:
Theory: Virtual Classroom - a link to join the classroom will be sent before course commencement with joining instructions. The course is approximately 2 hours long.
Practical: In order to get their certificate and official leader status, participants must assist on the judge panel as runners, line judges or time judges under the supervision of a mentor for a minimum of 1 rotation.
